Winemaking The grapes undergo fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks for approximately 15–20 days at controlled temperatures between 20° and 25°C. A portion of the wine is then aged in fine barriques, enhancing complexity, structure, and aromatic depth. Tasting Notes This wine displays an intense ruby red colour and a wide, complex nose. Aromas of prune and cherry jam are interlaced with subtle tobacco and gentle spice notes.
