The vineyard mirrors the climate of northern Italy’s Alto-Adige, Gewürztraminer’s ancestral home, with an altitude of 520m, annual rainfall around 600mm and moderate growing season temperatures. Vinification Early-picked fruit to preserve natural acidity and freshness. Fermented dry to highlight the grape’s vibrant aromatics and textural complexity.
