Vineyard and Production Grapes are sourced from 80-year-old vines on clay and stone soils in Rioja Alta, hand-selected at harvest with sustainable farming throughout. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts in Caucasian oak barrels, preserving the wine's natural character and terroir expression. The wine then ages for nine months on fine lees, building texture, depth, and the mineral precision that is the hallmark of Valenciso's elegant style.
