This delicate but flavorful rosé has aromas of sliced apples, peaches, raspberries and wildflowers. It's vivid, open, bone dry and lightly phenolic, with a very fine mousse and a long, superbly fresh finish. Really delicious and drinkable. 93% chardonnay and 7% pinot noir. Disgorged February 2025.
