Meet the producer Founded in 1904 in Marlenheim, Arthur Metz is a historic Alsace producer known for both its still and sparkling wines, combining time-honoured winemaking techniques with modern precision to create wines of clarity, finesse, and typicity. Production Grapes are carefully selected from top Alsace vineyards and gently pressed. The base wine undergoes a secondary fermentation in bottle according to the traditional method, followed by aging on lees to develop complexity and texture. The wine is then disgorged and lightly dosed to create a balanced, brut finish. Tasting notes Pale golden in colour with fine, persistent bubbles.
