Covering 164ha of prized vineyards, Bollinger is one of the few remaining independent family owned Champagne houses. Their distinctive style is the product of rigorous methods and time-honoured traditions passed down through the generations: a symbol of history and expertise. The Special Cuvée is meticulously crafted from a Pinot Noir dominant blend of harvest grapes and reserve wines. Dry and creamy, the delicate bubbles complement the toasted brioche, honey and rich fruitiness of the wine.
