Made using the traditional method and aged extensively on lees, the wine combines elegance, precision and subtle complexity, offering a distinctive and graceful expression of English Pinot Noir. Production Hand‑picked Pinot Noir grapes are pressed gently as whole bunches to extract the purest juice with minimal colour.
