The nose combines charming white and red fruits, whilst the palate is wonderfully fresh and forward, with some complex toasty notes from the lees aging. The champagnes of Maison Billecart-Salmon are revered around the world, and the majority of the grapes for the Brut Réserve come from a radius of 20km around Epernay, famed for its Grand Cru Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay.
