The rest is Chardonnay, and all of the grapes are harvested from Premier Cru plots in the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims regions of Champagne. Champagne De Saint Gall is one of Champagne’s premier wineries, located in the picturesque commune of Avize. For over 50 years, it has been a part of Union Champagne, a “cooperative of cooperatives” that forms the backbone of high-quality wine in the Champagne region. De Saint Gall strikes a perfect balance between tradition and technology to create a stunning range of wine from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes.
