An elegant Champagne, with pretty hints of elderflower and graphite on the nose accenting ripe nectarine, salted almond and star fruit flavors on the palate. The NV Champagne Intuition Brut pours a bright silver/yellow hue and is appealing and delightful all around, with a silky sense of place that speaks to Chouilly. It offers elegance and notes of fresh pears, white flowers, candied lemon, citrus, and a refreshing, fruity finish. Medium-bodied, it has a lively and refreshing mousse.
