Crafted entirely from hand-harvested Primitivo , it showcases the youthful energy, richness and Mediterranean soul of this precious grape at its most expressive and generous. Vineyard and Production The vines are trained in the spalliera system at a density of 4,200 plants per hectare, yielding around 2,200 grams of grapes per plant. Grapes are hand-picked and carefully placed into airy crates to preserve freshness before fermentation at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks, maintaining the wine's vibrant fruit character and natural aromatic purity.
