Silent Noise MOFO Bianco captures the essence of a challenging South Australian vintage. Cool, wet, and windy conditions across much of the region tested vineyards, resulting in below-average yields and careful attention in the vineyard to avoid disease pressures such as Downy Mildew. These conditions, however, have contributed to a wine with remarkable focus, freshness, and aromatic intensity. Winemaking Crafted with precision, the wine reflects the purity of the fruit and the skill of the winemaking team. Fermentation and handling are designed to preserve the delicate aromas and vibrant natural acidity, producing a wine that is immediately expressive yet balanced.
