Vineyard & Production Grapes are sourced from Kakheti vineyards planted on alluvial soils, benefiting from the region's continental climate. Fruit is hand-harvested from vines averaging 18 years of age. After pressing, the juice undergoes fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 16 to 18 degrees, with a brief maceration to enhance flavour. The wine is then left on its lees for four months with regular batonnage, adding texture and complexity. Tasting Notes Bright aromas of orchard fruit, citrus and white flowers on the nose.
