Tenuta UIisse 10 Vendemmie Rosso Limited Edition is a carefully crafted red wine showcasing a selection of premium red grape varieties. The wine expresses the dedication of the producer to tradition while highlighting the character of the grapes through precise winemaking and ageing techniques. Winemaking The grapes undergo fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks for approximately 15–20 days at controlled temperatures between 20° and 25°C. A portion of the wine is then aged in fine barriques, enhancing complexity, structure, and aromatic depth. Tasting Notes This wine displays an intense ruby red colour and a wide, complex nose. Aromas of prune and cherry jam are interlaced with subtle tobacco and gentle spice notes. On the palate, it is full-bodied and rich, with soft, fine tannins complemented by lingering hints of cocoa, coffee, and vanilla. Food Pairing Ideal with red meats, game, or savoury first courses.
