Waterford Estate’s flagship red blend, named after owner Jeremy Ord (“Jem”), represents the very best of the vintage through a meticulous assemblage of red varietals. Winemaking A combination of carefully selected parcels from the estate was fermented and matured separately before blending. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and is bottled after careful ageing to ensure balance and elegance. Tasting Notes Enticing aromatics of dark chocolate and plum, layered with earthy tones, clove spice, crushed violets, and a medley of dark and red berries. The palate is well balanced, with velvety tannins providing structure, complemented by natural acidity that lends vibrancy and a long, elegant finish. Blend 48% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Shiraz, 9% Mourvèdre, 6% Petit Verdot, 5% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Franc, 3% Sangiovese, 3% Barbera.
