The wine has a spicy, intense nose of yellow fruits; fine yeast note; mineral; very balanced and finely structured; long on the palate. Although still a bit closed, there's no doubting the precise balance between restrained richness and mineral freshness in this masterpiece. Incredibly silky texture on the medium- to full-bodied palate with delicately interwoven flint and grilled-baguette aromas. In the finale, the refined chalky minerality doesn't want to stop. From a site over 300 meters above sea level, surrounded on three sides by forest. Fermented and matured in barriques on the full lees for a year. Drink or hold. The 2023 Chardonnay Gloria comes from a site with elevations of 300 to 325 meters on limestone, surrounded by forest. The nose suggests freshness, breeziness and brightness, with a lovely savor. The palate is beautifully concentrated, taut and fresh, with a pervasive and profoundly cool nature. Pristine and linear, yet beautifully rich, this wine is toned, bright and impressively long and elegant. (Bone-dry)
