Wolfburn Aurora Single Malt Sherry Oak 70cl Aurora is Wolfburn's signature sherried expression, crafted from a combination of ex-bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks to deliver a beautifully balanced Highland single malt. Why You'll Love It Long fermentation and slow, gentle distillation are hallmarks of Wolfburn's approach. At the end of maturation, the casks are married together to create an exceptionally smooth and perfectly balanced dram that showcases the best of both cask influences.
