This Cabernet Sauvignon is a classically New World full-bodied red, bursting with aromas of dark forest fruit, cassis, cocoa and cinnamon spice. It is crafted from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, all grown within the sunny state of California. Adulation is a brand under the Fior Di Sole umbrella, a family-owned company that covers almost everything in the wine-making process, from fruit sourcing to bottle design. Headed by Valentina Guolo and Stefan Migotto, Fior Di Sole has been in business for over 25 years, providing a wide variety of delicious, affordable wines from their headquarters in Napa Valley. This wine offers incredible quality for its price and is a fantastic bottle to begin your exploration of Californian red wines with. The palate is an explosion of fruits, laden with notes of blackberry jam, plum, mint, vanilla and black pepper. There are earthy underlying hints of forest floor. Its low acidity makes it a highly approachable wine, with a smooth, easy-drinking texture.
