At this price point, it offers outstanding quality from one of Chile's most exciting terroirs. Vineyard & Production Sourced from the Chilhué Vineyard on the Aconcagua Costa Estate, where cold Pacific Ocean breezes create ideal conditions for elegant Pinot Noir. The 2022 vintage began with little rain and warm temperatures, but cooler mid-season conditions allowed the grapes to develop perfectly mature tannins. Fermented in stainless steel tanks for 10-18 days at 25-28°C, then aged for 11 months in French oak barrels (15% new), adding subtle complexity without overwhelming the delicate fruit. Tasting Notes Bright and clean cherry colour with captivating purity. The nose reveals aromas of sour cherry, rosehip, and subtle earthy notes. On the palate, mellow bloody and saline nuances emerge—hallmarks of this unique terroir. Delicate structure with great balance, fine tannins, and a fresh, savoury finish that invites another sip. Perfect Pairings A versatile wine that shines with beef bourguignon, roasted duck, grilled salmon, mushroom risotto, charcuterie boards, or aged cheeses. Also excellent with roasted lamb, coq au vin, or earthy vegetable dishes. Grape Variety 100% Pinot Noir from Aconcagua Valley
