The 2022 vintage began with little rain and warm temperatures, but cooler mid-season conditions allowed the grapes to develop perfectly mature tannins. Fermented in stainless steel tanks for 10-18 days at 25-28°C, then aged for 11 months in French oak barrels (15% new), adding subtle complexity without overwhelming the delicate fruit.
