Bazar Pinot Noir Gewurztraminer 2025

Two grape-filled trailers, one red, one white, one chaotic winery and an inevitable oops. Et voila, Quel Bazar! A happy accident turned into a liquid masterpiece by winemaker Guillaume Letang at Maison Boutinot in the Languedoc Roussillon . This co-fermented collision of Pinot Noir and Gewurztraminer is juicy, aromatic and wonderfully unpredictable, because the best things in life rarely are. Why You'll Love It This is Red Wine with a wild side. The co-fermentation of Pinot Noir and Gewurztraminer produces a wine that defies easy categorisation, bright and bouncy with red fruit character and aromatic lift in equal measure. Equally enjoyable lightly chilled, it is the kind of bottle that surprises and delights in equal measure. Vegetarian and vegan. Vineyard and Production Sourced from IGP Pays d'Oc vineyards in the Languedoc, where both varieties are co-fermented together to create a wine that is fun, bright and full of character. The co-fermentation allows the aromatic intensity of the Gewurztraminer to weave seamlessly through the red cherry fruit of the Pinot Noir, producing a result greater than the sum of its parts. Tasting Notes Red cherry notes from the Pinot Noir meet lychee and tropical fruit from the Gewurztraminer, creating a flavour that is both charming and unexpected. Juicy and aromatic with refreshing acidity and a lively, expressive finish. Perfect Pairings An excellent match for Asian dishes such as sticky plum duck and fragrant Thai curry. Also well suited to creamy salmon risotto and enjoyed lightly chilled on a warm evening. Grape Varieties Pinot Noir and Gewurztraminer

Valley of the Sun Lebanese Red 2022

Valley of the Sun is a warm, generous and intensely fruity red wine from the Bekaa Valley, Lebanon , crafted by Faouzi Issa at Domaine des Tourelles, one of the country's most historic and respected estates. Founded in 1868 by French adventurer François-Eugène Brun, Domaine des Tourelles is a pioneer of Lebanese fine wine, and this approachable, sustainably produced blend is a brilliant introduction to what the region does so well. Why You'll Love It Lebanese wine is one of the world's great undiscovered pleasures, and Valley of the Sun is the perfect place to start. Warm, generous and full of character, it blends the structure of Cabernet Sauvignon with the spice of Syrah and the soft, juicy charm of Cinsault to create a wine that is as versatile at the table as it is enjoyable on its own. Exceptional value for the quality on offer. Vineyard and Production Hand-harvested grapes are fermented on skins for 8 to 12 days in the concrete tanks that are a hallmark of the Domaine des Tourelles winery. Ageing in these tanks over winter allows for natural softening and integration of tannins, producing a wine of real roundness and approachability without sacrificing depth or character. Tasting Notes Juicy and satisfying on the nose, with generous berry fruit aromas. The palate has richness and rounded tannins, with plenty of dark fruit, spice and herbal notes. Medium-bodied and versatile, with a smooth, lingering finish that works beautifully with a wide variety of foods. Perfect Pairings A natural partner for grilled meats. Excellent with lamb or beef skewers, lamb chops, kafta and smoky barbecued dishes. Also great alongside slow-braised lamb, hearty stews or a mezze spread. Grape Varieties Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cinsault
