A happy accident turned into a liquid masterpiece by winemaker Guillaume Letang at Maison Boutinot in the Languedoc Roussillon . This co-fermented collision of Pinot Noir and Gewurztraminer is juicy, aromatic and wonderfully unpredictable, because the best things in life rarely are. The co-fermentation of Pinot Noir and Gewurztraminer produces a wine that defies easy categorisation, bright and bouncy with red fruit character and aromatic lift in equal measure. Vineyard and Production Sourced from IGP Pays d'Oc vineyards in the Languedoc, where both varieties are co-fermented together to create a wine that is fun, bright and full of character. The co-fermentation allows the aromatic intensity of the Gewurztraminer to weave seamlessly through the red cherry fruit of the Pinot Noir, producing a result greater than the sum of its parts.
