The stony soils and altitude contribute to the wine’s freshness, minerality, and precise structure. Winemaking Carefully selected grapes undergo gentle fermentation in French oak barrels, with 21% new oak. The wine remains on fermentation lees until blending, without battonage, preserving its purity and natural vibrancy. Malolactic fermentation adds a soft, creamy texture, enhancing the wine’s richness without overpowering its freshness.
