Production After fermentation on skins, the wine underwent barrel fermentation to integrate oak flavours. Maturation took place in 100% American oak barrels, with 40% new and 60% one-year-old, allowing the wine to develop depth, texture, and complexity. Malolactic fermentation was applied to enhance smoothness and richness. No fining agents were used. Tasting notes The wine opens with bright, delicate bubbles that bring energy and fun to every sip.
