This sparkling Shiraz delights with bright, fine bubbles and a rich spectrum of flavours, perfectly balancing fruit, spice, and subtle oak complexity. Production After fermentation on skins, the wine underwent barrel fermentation to integrate oak flavours. Maturation took place in 100% American oak barrels, with 40% new and 60% one-year-old, allowing the wine to develop depth, texture, and complexity. Malolactic fermentation was applied to enhance smoothness and richness. No fining agents were used. Tasting notes The wine opens with bright, delicate bubbles that bring energy and fun to every sip. Aromas and flavours of cherry and fresh plum dance alongside cocoa and liquorice, while fragrant oak contributes layers of vanilla and complexity.
