Godessa Agiorgitiko is a soft, expressive Greek red wine from Cavino Winery, a family-owned estate founded in 1958 on the slopes of Aigialia in the Peloponnese. Sourced from vineyards in Nemea and across the Peloponnese highlands, it showcases the silky, fruit-driven character that makes Agiorgitiko one of Greece's most beloved native red varieties. Clay, loam, and limestone soils provide excellent drainage and contribute to the wine's structure and minerality. Grapes are carefully hand-delivered in small boxes, then destemmed and gently crushed before fermentation in stainless steel tanks with skin contact for full colour and flavour extraction. The wine is aged for a minimum of six months in stainless steel with no oak influence, preserving freshness and varietal character.
