Vineyard & Production The vineyards are located on the slopes and highlands of Nemea and other parts of the Peloponnese, where warm days and cool nights allow grapes to ripen slowly and evenly. Clay, loam, and limestone soils provide excellent drainage and contribute to the wine's structure and minerality. Grapes are carefully hand-delivered in small boxes, then destemmed and gently crushed before fermentation in stainless steel tanks with skin contact for full colour and flavour extraction. The wine is aged for a minimum of six months in stainless steel with no oak influence, preserving freshness and varietal character.
