The wine is aged for a minimum of six months in stainless steel with no oak influence, preserving freshness and varietal character. Tasting Notes The nose is expressive with ripe red fruits, hints of lavender, and a subtle touch of butter. On the palate, the wine is soft and silky with velvety tannins and fresh fruit flavours.
