Vineyard and Production Sourced from Klein Constantia's vineyards in the Constantia Valley, benefiting from granitic soils and cooling sea breezes that bring freshness and balance. The blend draws on classic Bordeaux varieties, with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Malbec at its core, alongside smaller proportions of other grapes. Hand-harvested, destemmed and fermented in stainless steel, before maturation in French oak barrels for around 12 to 18 months to integrate tannins and develop complexity. Tasting Notes Deep ruby in colour with aromas of blackcurrant, plum and dark cherry, with hints of cedar, graphite and spice.
