This sparkling Shiraz delights with bright, fine bubbles and a rich spectrum of flavours, perfectly balancing fruit, spice, and subtle oak complexity. Production After fermentation on skins, the wine underwent barrel fermentation to integrate oak flavours. Maturation took place in 100% American oak barrels, with 40% new and 60% one-year-old, allowing the wine to develop depth, texture, and complexity.
