Production A blend of 75% Chenin Blanc (30+ year-old vines) and 25% Viognier (15-year-old vines), primarily from the Swartland. Part of the Chenin Blanc is fermented with wild yeasts and kept on lees for extended contact, giving a rounded palate and concentrated fruit.
