Production A blend of 75% Chenin Blanc (30+ year-old vines) and 25% Viognier (15-year-old vines), primarily from the Swartland. Part of the Chenin Blanc is fermented with wild yeasts and kept on lees for extended contact, giving a rounded palate and concentrated fruit. The cool coastal climate with low rainfall and winter vine rest ensures optimal grape quality. Tasting notes Perfumed aromas of white peach, jasmine, and subtle floral notes.
