Maison Saint AIX is a family-owned estate run by the Kurver family, who moved from the Netherlands, purchased the domaine, and founded the AIX brand in 2009. Since then, AIX Rosé has become a benchmark for Provence rosé, featured in many of the world’s top hotels and restaurants. Nestled in the rolling hills northeast of Aix-en-Provence, Maison Saint AIX spans 75 hectares, making it one of the largest domaines in the AOP Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence. The vineyards are planted at 400–420 metres above sea level. The combination of cool nights, hot days, and regular Mistral winds creates ideal conditions for Grenache, Syrah, and Cinsault—the core varieties of AIX Rosé. The 2023 vintage was shaped by a dynamic interplay of climate and sustainable viticulture. January frost saw workers carefully pruning, followed by a frost-free budburst in April. May brought sunny mornings and afternoon rain, supporting healthy growth. Despite a hot summer, grape acidity and freshness were preserved. Harvest began on 6th September with Grenache and took nearly four weeks under sunny but cooler conditions, a relief after the heat of August.

Tasting Notes

AIX Rosé 2023 is a bright, joyous pale pink in the glass, revealing a fresh and aromatic nose. On swirling, notes of white stone fruit, citrus, and wild berries emerge. The vintage enhances mouthfeel, extending length while maintaining vibrant freshness and crispness, leading to a memorable, elegant finish.

Food Pairing

& Service Perfect for any convivial occasion—aperitifs, long lunches, or fine dining. Pairs beautifully with salmon, lobster, oysters, light salads, refined tapas, or Asian cuisine. Serve chilled at 8–12°C. Grape Varieties: Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault
