Vineyard & Production

Cold clarification at 12°C is followed by controlled fermentation to lock in aromatic purity and finesse.

Tasting Notes

Pale lemon in colour with bright clarity. The nose shows pronounced mineral intensity with delicate citrus blossom and white stone fruit aromas. On the palate, notes of grapefruit and green tea are complemented by a creamy, subtly unctuous texture and vibrant acidity. The finish is long, elegant, and persistent. Best served chilled at 10-12°C.
