This Côtes du Rhône is the fruit of a unique blend of six prestigious crus, each making its own contribution: the structure of Gigondas, the bewitching aromas of Vacqueyras, the freshness of Beaumes-de-Venise, the roundness of Lirac, the fine tannins of Rasteau and the balance of Cairanne. Vinification and ageing are carried out using an original method, combining several carefully selected vats to bring out the full complexity of the wine. Part of the Grenache was matured in a Vinarium for 24 months: a unique piece of equipment entirely designed by Xavier and his team. The result is a 7,000-litre vat made of wood and stainless steel, in which 5 x 200-litre barrels, themselves filled with wine, are immersed. This process provides an ideal environment for ageing the wine. The rest of the Grenache was aged in Wine Globe. The Syrahs were matured in demi-muid and truncated wooden vats. All in all, this is an absolutely unique cuvée that wine-lovers and the curious should not miss!
