Aval Dor Vanilla Cornish Flavoured Vodka (70cl)

The description below comes from the retailer. Bottle details and price comparisons are listed above.

Aval Dor Vanilla Cornish Vodka is presented as a smooth, gently indulgent spirit that pairs the creamy character of Aval Dor’s potato‑based vodka with warm, aromatic vanilla. It leans into elegance rather than overt sweetness, offering a refined take on a classic flavour. The palate opens with soft vanilla bean—creamy, rounded and lightly sweet—followed by the naturally silky texture of the underlying vodka. There’s a subtle warmth that keeps the flavour balanced, avoiding the heavy, dessert‑like profile some vanilla vodkas fall into. The finish is smooth, gently sweet and warmly aromatic, with lingering vanilla notes that feel comforting and polished. Aval Dor Vanilla works beautifully in simple long drinks with cola or ginger ale, in dessert‑leaning cocktails, or in creamy, indulgent serves where its clean vanilla character can shine.
