The Bluecoat American Dry, distilled in a traditional copper pot still and named after the uniforms worn by the militia in the American Revolution, is a classic dry gin with a secret botanical recipe. The scent offers pine needles, juniper, and a burst of citrus. On tasting, the juniper flavour becomes more pronounced, and the citrus unfolds into orange blossom and sherbet lemon.
