Aged in the Solera system for over five years, this sweet Cream Sherry offers warm, indulgent flavours with a mahogany colour and a smooth, persistent finish. With 19.5% ABV and 132 g/L of residual sugar, it is a crowd-pleasing Sherry celebrated for its balance of sweetness, nuttiness, and depth. Meet the producer Founded in 1877 by two Englishmen in Jerez de la Frontera, Williams & Humbert is internationally recognised for its high-quality Sherry portfolio. Located in the Sherry Triangle, the winery benefits from a unique microclimate ideal for crafting both dry and sweet fortified wines. Production This Cream Sherry is made from a blend of Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez grapes. It is aged oxidatively in the Solera system for over five years, allowing the flavours to integrate and develop smooth, velvety texture with complex notes of dried nuts, raisins, and brown sugar.
