This Prosecco Rosé combines elegance and freshness with the traditional charm of the Veneto hills, blending Glera with a proportion of Pinot Nero to create a delicate rosé with vibrant berry character. Vineyard & Production Grapes are sourced from the hills above Treviso, the traditional heartland of Prosecco. The Glera grapes are softly pressed and fermented in stainless steel for 15–20 days. A proportion of Pinot Nero, vinified as a red wine, is then blended in to give the wine its delicate rosé colour. The wine undergoes a second, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks on fine lees, enhancing texture and finesse before bottling. Tasting Notes Pale pink with cherry hues and a fine, persistent mousse. The nose shows fresh berry aromas with hints of redcurrant and citrus.
