Driven by a passion for uncovering Spain's lesser-known winemaking regions, growers, and traditions, this is a wine of real character, authenticity, and outstanding everyday value. Centelleo is one of the finest expressions of this philosophy, combining the structure and depth of Tempranillo with the aromatic lift and dark fruit intensity of Syrah. The result is a modern, approachable Spanish red that punches well above its price point, offering concentrated, balanced fruit flavours and a long, rounded finish that makes it genuinely hard to put down. Vineyard & Production Crafted from Tempranillo and Syrah vines aged between three and forty years, planted on a variety of soils including loam, clay, chalk, and sand. Low-yielding vineyards are carefully monitored to ensure grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. After hand harvesting, the grapes undergo a two-day maceration followed by a fourteen-day fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Cold stabilisation is applied before bottling to ensure freshness, vibrancy, and purity of expression. Tasting Notes Ruby with dark purple at the centre. The nose is aromatic, with notes of liquorice, dark fruits, and hints of litchi. The palate is intense, supple, and medium-bodied, finishing long and rounded with balanced structure.
