Charles Heidsieck Brut Réserve is a premium non-vintage Champagne that exemplifies the finesse and depth of one of the smallest Grand Marques in Champagne. Grapes are sourced from 60 selected crus across the region, including Chardonnay from Oger, Pinot Noir from Ambonnay, and Meunier from Verneuil, ensuring the house style is consistently expressed. The final blend comprises 40% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir, and 20% Pinot Meunier, with 50% reserve wines averaging 10 years in age. Production

Grapes are hand-selected from 60 prime sites across Champagne. Following gentle pressing, fermentation occurs mainly in stainless steel, with a small portion in old oak barrels. Malolactic fermentation is carried out to soften acidity. Reserve wines are blended in, and after bottling, the Champagne undergoes secondary fermentation and extended lees ageing for 36–48 months before disgorgement. Minimal fining and filtration preserve aromatic complexity and texture.
