The Château Canet Minervois Blanc opens with lively aromas of zesty white grapefruit citrus and tropical notes of fresh pineapple. On the palate, it begins with a refreshing elegance, while a brief 3-week maturation in oak softens the finish, creating a well-rounded and balanced wine. A rarity in the region, with only around 6% of Minervois wines being white, this blend of 50% Roussanne and 50% Bourboulenc is aged for 8 months in stainless steel, with a short "passage" in oak to refine its texture. The oak influence is subtle, adding a touch of smoothness without imparting any strong oak flavours, resulting in a beautifully balanced and soft wine.
