The Helfrich family, leading Les Grands Chais de France since 2007, has restored the estate to honour its prestigious past, combining careful vineyard management with modern winemaking techniques. Production Grapes are hand-harvested and carefully sorted. Fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled vats, followed by malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels.
