Château de Fesles has a long-standing heritage of excellence, with records of Bonnezeaux production dating back to 1055 by the monks of Gué de Berge. Production

The wine is made from Chenin Blanc grapes, whose natural acidity balances the sweetness. Grapes are harvested by hand and undergo a raisining process to concentrate sugars.
