Ginja Ninja is a natural orange wine from central Spain, crafted from 100% organic Verdejo grapes. Unlike typical white wines, the grapes are macerated and fermented with their skins, giving the wine its distinctive amber-orange hue and subtle tannic grip. Production

Grapes are grown at 700 metres altitude on sandy limestone soils and harvested at peak ripeness. Fermentation with native yeasts occurs in stainless steel tanks, with extended skin contact to extract flavour and structure. The wine is bottled unfiltered, preserving its natural character.

Tasting Notes

Hazy amber-orange in colour. Aromas of dried apricot, orange peel, wild herbs, and a touch of spice. The palate is zippy and textured, with citrus, stone fruit, and tea-like complexity.
