De Bortoli Show Liqueur Muscat is a premium fortified Muscat from South Eastern Australia, crafted with passion and patience to showcase the rich history of the De Bortoli family’s vineyards. Nut brown in colour with a subtle green hue, the wine offers intense aromas of raisin, fig, and spice, layered with delicate floral notes. The palate is rich and luscious, delivering classic Muscat flavours of raisins, figs, dates, toffee, and caramel, complemented by integrated sweetness and vanillin oak that contribute to a long, lingering finish. Production The grapes are left on the vine to reach optimal ripeness before being harvested at high sugar levels. Once picked, the fruit is crushed and partially fermented, then fortified on the skins to extract the aromatic and floral complexity. The wine is pressed and transferred to barrels for maturation, where it develops richness, structure, and depth.
