Named in honour of Élisabeth, one of the estate's early muses, this wine captures the warmth and sunshine of the Mediterranean while maintaining the freshness and balance that makes it so easy to love. Viognier is one of the world's most seductive white grapes all apricot, peach, and honeysuckle and this is a beautifully crafted, food-friendly expression of the variety at a very approachable price. Vineyard & Production Grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness during the cool hours of early morning to preserve aromatic freshness. After gentle pressing, the juice undergoes cold settling before fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to retain the delicate floral and stone fruit aromas characteristic of Viognier. A short maturation on fine lees adds roundness and texture to the palate. Tasting Notes Brilliant pale gold in colour. The nose bursts with apricot, peach, and honeysuckle, complemented by subtle citrus zest and a hint of exotic fruit.
