Les Indomptables Pic Saint-Loup is a structured and elegant red from the Languedoc, blending Syrah, Grenache Noir, and Mourvèdre to express the full character of the Pic Saint-Loup terroir. Meet the producer Produced in the Pic Saint-Loup appellation, the estate focuses on traditional southern French varietals, emphasising harmony, depth, and balance in every vintage. Production Grapes are carefully harvested and sorted before fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel and concrete tanks. Post-fermentation maceration ensures fine tannin extraction. The wine is aged in a combination of French oak barrels and tanks to integrate fruit and structure. Tasting notes Ruby red with purple highlights, the nose reveals blackcurrant, cherry, pepper, thyme, and dark chocolate aromas. The palate is structured and balanced, offering bright red fruit flavours and fine, silky tannins that provide elegance and depth.
