The Vouvray Pinon is a refined, lively Chenin Blanc that balances vibrant citrus and green apple flavours with elegant acidity and subtle sweetness. Intelligent use of residual sugar gives this wine a playful yet sophisticated character. Meet the Producer The Pinon family are experts in Chenin Blanc, coaxing out the variety’s voluptuous, expressive, and celebratory side. Their wines reflect both precision and personality, showcasing the best of the Loire Valley’s terroir. Production Grapes are grown on sandy clay and limestone soils, naturally fermented over 2–3 months. The wine is then aged for 4 months in used oak barrels to enhance texture while maintaining freshness. Tasting Notes A crisp, vibrant Vouvray with green apple and sherbet citrus aromas.
