Production Made from 85% Cabernet Franc and 15% Malbec from the high-altitude El Cepillo vineyard on marine limestone. The grapes undergo barrel fermentation and an average of 23 days of cold maceration, with 30% whole bunch fermentation to enhance complexity and structure. The wine is aged for 15 months in 100-year-old foudres, allowing gentle integration and development of remarkable depth.
