They focus on sourcing fruit from small, high-quality vineyards in the Central Valley, ensuring each wine expresses its terroir and character. Production Grapes come from 40–60-year-old Pinot Noir vines planted on stony soils in the Andes, with access to glacial streams and fresh mountain air. Harvesting is done during the coolest part of the day, and the winemaking is conducted at low temperatures to preserve the fresh fruit aromas and bright structure.
